Only 1 week to go

Today we went to the first of many 1st birthday parties and had a lovely time. There was a soft play area set up and Lydibug had a great time. DP was surprised at how she would crawl off to explore without us, I think she just likes being nosy, wonder where she gets that from? Can't believe our little bug will only be a baby for 1 more week, I'm not sure if I'm ready for her to be 1 yet.

Who's that crossing my bridge?

I just found this clip on DP's phone from a couple of weeks ago and thought I would share with you all. Lydibug is getting around with her walker and trolley but only in straight lines. She soon lets us know if there is something in her way.

Also wanted to report Lydibug is now in Jellyfish class for swimming, will find out what that means next Fri, and she also stood on her own a few times yesterday (28/1/11). I tried to get a photo but every time she realised she was doing it she fell down.

Be warned everyone. Lydibug managed to phone a dear friend back home with no regard for the time difference, thankfully she has a baby too so was up early feeding. It's scary to think how technological Lydibug's life will be. She already loves playing with the remotes, phones, cameras and loves loves loves the laptop. What will be next?
